Auto Title offices closed to the public

Public is encouraged to send title transactions by mail

At the social distancing recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Governor DeWine, Clerk O’Shaughnessy has instructed her Auto Title Division to be closed to the public starting Thursday, March 19th until further notice. The closure is consistent with decisions made by other government offices to combat the community spread of the coronavirus. Auto dealer transactions will not be impacted.

People in need of auto titling services are encouraged to review the Title By Mail Checklist and mail the appropriate documentation and payment to the Auto Title South branch:
