Amid planned demonstrations, Clerk of Courts’ offices close to the public

There is no higher priority for this Office than the safety and well-being of our staff and the people we serve. In response to Governor DeWine and Mayor Ginther’s call to avoid the area in the coming days, Clerk O’Shaughnessy announces the Legal Divisions offices and Auto Title branches located in Columbus will be closed to the public Monday, January 18 to Wednesday, January 20th.

Prior to this announcement, the Franklin County Clerk of Courts previously planned to be closed on January 18th in recognition of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In these troubling times, we must continue to honor and remember the contributions he made to our society.
