Please be advised that The Daily Reporter will cease operation on December 12, 2025. All future legal notices required to be placed in a “newspaper of general circulation” pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code and applicable rules of procedure will now be published in the Columbus Dispatch. Rates for service by publication in each Court will be adjusted no later than 12/12/25 to meet the increased cost due to this unforeseen change.
Effective January 2026, the filing fee for domestic and juvenile cases and motions will increase by $25.
