Beginning in January 2026 Franklin County Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court will increase two filing fees. The fee to file domestic cases increases from $30 to $55 and to the fee to file juvenile cases increases from $42 to $67. There will be no change to filing fees for traffic cases.
Franklin County will be performing system maintenance on December 6th, from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Access to Case Information Online and the Franklin County Justice System (FCJS) will experience intermittent outages during this maintenance window. We apologize for the interruption of service.
